If you come to visit Dubai, United Arab Emirates and would love to see the famous tourist spot Dubai Marina/Marina Walk here's how:
*Of course there will be an option of carlift or renting a car while on tour but where's the fun in that? Touring is about exploring and experiencing the place! So get off the couch and do the commute! Just don't forget to bring a bottle of water because nobody can beat the Dubai Heat! (:p)
------ Since I am staying temporarily in Al Nahda 2, Dubai, I will start the adventure from Al Nahda Metro Station (Green Line)

1. Al Nahda Metro Station - Union Metro Station
----- From the Al Nahda station get on the platform of the train going to "The Creek". Get off the Union Station to interchange from the Green Line to the Red Line.
----- (Here are the station that you will pass by: Stadium, Al Qiyadah, Abu Hail, Abu Baker Al Siddique, Salah Al Din)
2. Union Metro Station - DAMAC Properties Metro Station
----- From the Union station get on the platform of the train going to "Jebel Ali". Get off the DAMAC Properties station.
----- (Here are the station that you will pass by: BurJuman, Al Karama, Al Jaffiliya, World Trade Center, Emirates Towers, Financial Centre, Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, Business Bay, Noor Bank, FGB, Mall of the Emirates, Sharaf DG, Dubai Internet City, Nakheel)
*Travel time: 1 hour and 10 minutes
*Fare: AED 7.50
3. Upon arriving - DAMAC Properties please do visit the Toilet because it'll be hard to find one when you are in the Marina Walk. (It's not like Hong Kong where you can find clean public toilets every where!)
4. Look for the signage "Dubai Marina". It should be in Exit 2 and around 5-7 minutes walk. When you see the signage "Tram" which will be in your left side, do enter and pay through your NOL card.
5. Dubai Marina Tram Station - Dubai Marina Mall Tram Station
*Fare: AED 7.50
6. Enter the Dubai Marina Mall and walk straight for about 10 minutes when you see H&M turn left, you will see Pier 7, go outside, turn right and walk about 7 minutes and look for the Water Bus Booth and buy Water Bus ticket going to Marina Walk. (You can actually walk going to Marina Walk, but come on? Who's going to walk that long? #DubaiHeat.)
*Fare: AED 5 one-way ticket
Enjoy the views around the Marina Walk!
